Right food will benefit our health
Wherever I look, I see instructions on how to eat.
Healty food, with reduced calories, more tasty, but wholegrain, bio, no fat, no cholesterol, according to the food pyramid, the most recent and fastest and the best diet ever …
It seems to me that for any disease or other medical disorder there is so much advice, paths, miracle medicines and teas as well as for obesity with food.
And I wonder why, despite all these miracles there are more and more overweight people.
Young girls, almost children, everywhere, even (or even the most time) when buying clothes, they are talking about it.
How to lose weight, what is the best diet, which path celebrities are choosing… etc?
Overweighed and fat legs and buttocks, overlarge or to small breasts –and about this, how some “friend” have lose weight. In one week.
And mother.
How serious she/he has gone again with dieting. And father.
Again he/she plays tennis as mad, just because she/he gains some extra weight over the winter.
And next year will return all again. Or even before.
But definitely before the summer.
Even in serious experts recommendations we a lot of times could found instructions on how to eat more “bio” food.
A lot of dietary fibers.
Whole grain rice. Whole wheat bread.
Wholemeal pasta. Brown sugar. Wholegrain meal.
At least 12 (!) Of portions of wholegrain meals a day. Every day.
And Mediterranean food.
And what is a healthy drink.
All must be free of bubbles (bubbles cause cellulite!). A whole barrels of fresh fruit juice.
Those bio once, with no sugar in it. It is almost obligatory to have a glass of red (why red?) vine per day.
If we fallow all these instructions, we will be slim and healthy, happy and in accordance with the Food pyramid.
Hmmm what about food preparation?
Of course, oil with no cholesterol! (Excuse me? Is it not cholesterol from animal source? Are there are oils without cholesterol?
Do not use butter. But do use olive oil, olive oil..
And once again olive oil. But do not heat it up! As it will become carcinogenic!
Recently, it is preferable to use rape oil. It is more bio. But does not use, under any condition pumpkin oil! (I must admit, I love it, and use it daily).
It is black and thick and very dangerous. It goes into your vanes. Don’t you just over look these recommendations, which so called “experts” are giving us daily?
And on the end, we should be very thankful for these advices. But if you look back, in old days, they eat all sorts of different food, there was no experts to advice, and even tough, there was less illness that in today time.
But, if ou are one of those “unlucky” people with overweight problem – then you should definitely separate carbohydrates and proteins. Uff, this doesn’t go together. And the best will be, that you are avoiding carbohydrates for good.
And when you are trying and trying.
Trying hard, and you inform your practitioner, who has for the last ten years persuade you, that the pain in your knees, increased pressure, abdominal distention are all due to increased weight.
To not eat bread? And not pasta? Neither whole meal bread? And this for several weeks?
This is absolutely unhealthy. And inadmissible. Certainly will have consequences on health.
Diet without carbohydrates! (How is it? Is it not written in any serious textbook that starches and carbohydrates are not the same thing?
To the carbohydrates in abundance in fruits. And in vegetables. Even in the onions!).
Even the greater horror will fallow, if you succeed. You will lose thirty pounds.
Ok, I will get serious now – and let you know how it works.
The thing is, that all you need is, decide that this is for real.
And do set yourself real objectives, which you can achieve.
Do not set them to high. You should distinguish between the ideal and healthy weight.
It is ideal weight is for beauty. That healthy one, can be a little higher. If you have some additional ten or fifteen kilogram much too you would not die.
Actually, is even better, because you will not have wrinkles. And you will look younger.
Ok. I will stop here and let you know some truth about thing that I have written above.
Carbohydrates are a group of foods with the same energy value as protein.
They have fewer calories as fat. Reduced to half.
However, in addition to carbon and hydrogen contain oxygen (this means that the combustion or metabolism do not need oxygen from the outside) and because the human body is arranged in
the way that the metabolism and absorption of carbohydrates into the blood begins in the mouth (not as in fat and protein,
which is just beginning to digest in the stomach or even lower in the duodenum and small intestine), is an ideal fuel, and most important (and quickest) source of energy. Also stored out in the body.
They are always in stock and it’s easy to use for the body so we don’t fall into “hypo”, or we don’t lose blood sugar to the level, that we should eat something sweet immediately.
In carbohydrates group we count ib simple sugars (from one or two sugar molecules) that have a sweet taste, and made of sugar or starch (non-sweet taste).
We can enjoy one and the other should, but only quality once.
Now, with expert recommendation, we should not longer talk about all-over about carbohydrates, as a undesirable type of food, but we must sorted out, to whether they are natural (eg vegetables, fruit) or processed (flour).

And once you get used to not use (eat) bad once, you will feel much better.
