Healty lifeRight food will benefit our health

Wherever I look, I see instructions on how to eat.

Healty food, with reduced calories, more tasty, but wholegrain, bio, no fat, no cholesterol, according to the food pyramid, the most recent and fastest and the best diet ever …

It seems to me that for any disease or other medical disorder there is so much advice, paths, miracle medicines and teas as well as for obesity with food.

And I wonder why, despite all these miracles there are more and more overweight people.

Young girls, almost children, everywhere, even (or even the most time) when buying clothes, they are talking about it.

How to lose weight, what is the best diet, which path celebrities are choosing… etc?

lose weightOverweighed and fat legs and buttocks, overlarge or to small breasts –and about this, how some “friend” have lose weight.  In one week.
And mother.

How serious she/he has gone again with dieting. And father.
Again he/she plays tennis as mad, just because she/he gains some extra weight over the winter.

And next year will return all again. Or even before.
But definitely before the summer.

Even in serious experts recommendations we a lot of times could found instructions on how to eat more “bio” food.

A lot of dietary fibers.
Whole grain rice. Whole wheat bread.

Wholemeal pasta. Brown sugar. Wholegrain meal.

At least 12 (!) Of portions of wholegrain meals a day. Every day.

And Mediterranean food.
And what is a healthy drink.

All must be free of bubbles (bubbles cause cellulite!). A whole barrels of fresh fruit juice.

Those bio once, with no sugar in it. It is almost obligatory to have a glass of red (why red?) vine per day.

If we fallow all these instructions, we will  be slim and healthy, happy and in accordance with the Food pyramid.

Of course, oil with no cholesterol!  (Excuse me? Is it not cholesterol from animal source? Are there are oils without cholesterol?

Do not use butter. But do use olive oil, olive oil..

And once again olive oil. But do not heat it up! As it will become carcinogenic!

Recently, it is preferable to use rape oil. It is more bio. But does not use, under any condition pumpkin oil! (I must admit, I love it, and use it daily).

It is black and thick and very dangerous. It goes into your vanes. Don’t you just over look these recommendations, which so called “experts” are giving us daily?

And on the end, we should be very thankful for these advices. But if you look back, in old days, they eat all sorts of different food, there was no experts to advice, and even tough, there was less illness that in today time.

But, if ou are one of those “unlucky” people with overweight problem – then you should definitely separate carbohydrates and proteins. Uff, this doesn’t go together. And the best will be, that you are avoiding carbohydrates for good.

And when you are trying and trying.

Trying hard, and you inform your practitioner, who has for the last ten years persuade you, that the pain in your knees, increased pressure, abdominal distention  are all due to increased weight.

Pasta plateTo not eat bread? And not pasta? Neither whole meal bread? And this for several weeks?

This is absolutely unhealthy. And inadmissible. Certainly will have consequences on health.

Diet without carbohydrates! (How is it? Is it not written in any serious textbook that starches and carbohydrates are not the same thing?

To the carbohydrates in abundance in fruits. And in vegetables. Even in the onions!).

breadEven the greater horror will fallow, if you succeed. You will lose thirty pounds.

Ok, I will get serious now – and let you know how it works.

The thing is, that all you need is, decide that this is for real.

And do set yourself real objectives, which you can achieve.

Do not set them to high.  You should distinguish between the ideal and healthy weight.

It is ideal weight is for beauty. That healthy one, can be a little higher. If you have some additional ten or fifteen kilogram much too you would not die.

Actually, is even better, because you will not have wrinkles. And you will look younger.
Ok. I will stop here and let you know some truth about thing that I have written above.

Food CarbohydrateTruth about carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are a group of foods with the same energy value as protein.

They have fewer calories as fat. Reduced to half.

However, in addition to carbon and hydrogen contain oxygen (this means that the combustion or metabolism do not need oxygen from the outside) and because the human body is arranged in

the way that the metabolism and absorption of carbohydrates into the blood begins in the mouth (not as in fat and protein,

which is just beginning to digest in the stomach or even lower in the duodenum and small intestine), is an ideal fuel, and most important (and quickest) source of energy. Also stored out in the body.

Food-754072They are always in stock and it’s easy to use for the body so we don’t fall into “hypo”, or we don’t lose blood sugar to the level, that we should eat something sweet immediately.

In carbohydrates group we count ib simple sugars (from one or two sugar molecules) that have a sweet taste, and made of sugar or starch (non-sweet taste).

We can enjoy one and the other should, but only quality once.

Now, with expert recommendation, we should not longer talk about all-over about carbohydrates, as a undesirable type of food, but we must sorted out,  to whether they are natural (eg vegetables, fruit) or processed (flour).

Ok, I will give you some rest after this post.. and will wrote more about carbohydrates in next post, as avoiding them is quite crucial to lose weight.

And once you get used to not use (eat) bad once, you will feel much better.

Or how to lose weigh with practicing Neuro-Linguistic Programming

With doing modeling of slim people or people who have to cope and overcome obesity and be over weighted, we come to the patterns (strategies) which have help these people to reach their desired results and achive their goals.

Neuron logistic programming (named also NLP) was originally created in a process called modeling.

This process is a brilliant study of human behavior in various areas and fields.

exerciseBy modeling we are exploring and gaining new knowledge about what are these patterns, which allows these brilliant people to be so successful above average and helps us finding out, what are those beliefs which provides them with success.

Therefore, with modeling of slim people or people who have to cope with being overweight and overcome obesity, we come to the patterns (strategies) that help these people to reach desired results.

There are several ways to do modeling of people; I will describe one of these methods here, in my post.

How to reduce/lose weight or to get slimmer is a behavioral strategy and behavioral strategies automatically take place only when they are supported by real internal state (emotions), which provide energy strategies that can go with the flow. Means, that with internal state we can active them.

If you want to copy a slim person, you must also model their internal state, which are allowing this person to remain slim.

If you don’t do this, you will need a lot of conscious attention, to be able to perform and undertaken the same strategy on yourself.

EXERCISE

For do a modeling of a slim person, please chose someone, that you know, and that he/she remain slim without effort.

Lose weightThis person should be healthy and have »ability« to stay slim without diet or all other different sources of cutting down on food.

This person should not have any problems with food, and should have normal eating habits.

It is not necessary, that you like all the things on the person you chose to model, as you will model selectively.

1.    Snuggle in the cozy chair and relax completely.

2.   Imagine you are watching the person you want to model. Imagine this person doing daily stuff.

3.    Imagine that you have a strong emotional and genuine connection with this person. Continue doing this until you get the feeling of total relaxation and confidence in the presence of such persons.

4.    Mentally enter into the body of the person and allow yourself to feel its gestures, movements, internal feelings.

How do you hold your body now? What is your breathing like?  What do you feel on the physical and mental level?  You hate that feeling or you like it?

Practice, how is to be different person until you get the feeling of total relaxation and you feel spontaneous.

Do not worry yourself with details but keep in mind a big picture.

Slim people5.   Imagine being another person, until you will stand in the place of your “chosen” person.

Check your posture, breathing and feelings, so that they remain the same as before.

Practice how to be in this state until you feel completely comfortable and this process will become automatic.

6.    Now you mentally exit from your body and observe yourself how easy you perform new gain behavior, which you have practice previously.

Well-being and feeling good in our body is the key to success.

This is because energy from the people comes from internal source, called human emotions.

And that’s why is very important, that you have these feelings and are familiar with them.

liposuction surgeryLiposuction with laic wording means removing  fat from the body with suction, mainly from the fallowing body parts: chin, abdomen, hips, thighs, knees, shank, etc.

This is not a method, which replaces the weight loss and diets, as with liposuction it could be removed more than 2000 ml of fat from those parts of the body where the weight loss and physical activity can not reduce or the fat.

This way or body is shaped. So this is the body creation and not reduction of body weight, nor a mending of appearance of skin surface.

On the contrary, sometimes after the operation skin can be more flexible.
This depends also from amount of disposed fat in certain area; it also depends on skin elasticity and from patient age.

Sometimes it is quite explicit in the inner and outer side of thighs, if a patient insists that doctor absorbs all fat, despite to doctor reminders.

Therefore we could also find on internet some unsatisfied patients, who are complaining or even worse, suing doctors for their job, even tough, they have demand it.

With liposuction doctors needs to leave for about one to two cm of subcutaneous fat, depending on body regions and anatomical circumstances of the body.

In the event that the patient also wants to thin this layer, patients must be aware, that there’s a possibility of uneven skin surface.

Abdominal liposuction surgeryFor Abdominal liposuction surgery, the patient is aware of the possible option of redundant skin, which will remain after liposuction.

There is always a possibility (if there’s a lot of fat to be removed), that doctors will suggest you, to simultaneously cut also surplus skin.

Working capacity of a patient after surgery depends on the job and the quantity of surface and liposuction that was done, usually to a few days to one week and patient could go back to work.

From all other possible complications, which may rise with liposuction, most commonly is bleeding during surgery (surgeon have no effect on that).

If this happened, surgeon needs to stop the operation immediately, even though we haven’t achieve final result with it; the result that we want it.

All patients are informed about this possibility. What will be the stage/level of bleeding is quite hard and impossible to say in advance, despite all the clinical and laboratory information which are done before operation.

Therefore, is impossible to predict 100 % in advance anything. In standard liposuction contains also from 10 to 20 percentage of blood. This consequently means, that with one liposuction we could remove max 2500 ml of fat, also depending on the patient Hb content and body weight.

Operative wound infection are also possible theoretically, although they are not observed so often.

After having liposuction surgery, a result can be permanent, if patient precisely follows these conditions:

  • liposuction surgery body areapatient doesn’t gain more than 5 kg,
  • doesn’t take any hormonal preparations, drugs (as contraceptive pills),
  • if there is no hormonal changes( (such as thyroid disease, gynecological problems which could lead to change of hormonal status),
  • pregnancy, childbirth, breast feeding (these conditions change hormonal status).

After liposuction surgery the swelling is still present.

The swelling after liposuction surgery is the worst one week after and finally disappear not earlier than in the fallowing three months.

The biggest swelling may be in the legs (knees, shank), therefore the result of liposuction surgery is visible after this period. In rare cases the swelling in the abdomen could be sometimes expressive, so the volume of the abdomen could be bigger than before the liposuction surgery.

Due to swelling patients are advised to wear special compression garments for a week (through all day).

Afterwards patients are advised to wear it also for next 4-5 weeks, but only during the day.

For the same reason they sometime recommend also lymphatic drainage after liposuction surgery.

This could be done immediately after surged areas don’t hurt anymore and pressures massage wouldn’t hurt either.

Fourteen days before the liposuction surgery you are not allowed to take medicine, which would affect blood clotting nor you are allowed to take hormonal contraceptives (before the surgery).

Surgery is not performed during menses.

But do not forget, that every patient is responsible for the true information that he/she gave about her/his medical condition, which doctor cannot verified with laboratory testing and clinical examination.

For this procedure they use a very small probe (2 mm thick), which they treated just under the skin with muscle fat, the one that are responsible for cellulite.

This is the latest method of surgical treatment (liposuction surgery) of cellulite.

Painkillers are effective also 10 hours after the patient is already at home, resting in bed.

Pain occurs on the fallowing day and only in the movement. So when patient is resting there is no pain so a lot of patient doesn’t need painkillers (analgesics) after liposuction surgery.

It is not advisable to take Aspirin, as it causes bleeding. But it is allowed to take some other medicine such as: Lekadol, Ketonal, Movalis, Brufen, Nalgesin etc.

linseedoilThere are many different theories about the ratio of nutrients(and the proportion of fat) in our diet. There are those who promote it in most fitness magazines and trade books on a healthy diet, where the percentage of fat in the diet should be reduced to well below 10%, on the one hand, to those who defend the 70% fat intake. However, we should not forget the great difference in the chemical composition of fat alone. The effect of these in the flesh can vary significantly depending on their chemical composition. In a series of articles I will try to include all important findings, which relate to fat in our diet.

There are two essential fatty acids. These are fatty acids, which man can not produce itself from other substances, but are indispensable for the and the proper functioning of the human body and must therefore be entered with the food. These are linoleic acid, which belongs to the group of fatty acids omega 6 (hereinafter referred to as LA) and alpha linolenic acid, which belongs to the group of fatty acids Omega 3 (hereinafter referred to as LNA).

Often can be read that fat is not healthy, but this refers only to saturated (animal fat, butter) and trans unsaturated fatty acids (usually processed oil, which you can buy in the shops, and margarine).

FlaxSeedsModernEssential fatty acids can not be classified in this group because they have an entirely different composition and perform a number of very important tasks for health in the human body: from reducing the levels of bad cholesterol in the body to prevention of cancer. LNA, which is the best source of linseed oil has many positive attributes to our health and in the construction of the body (from weight gain fat loss).

Essential fatty acids:

  • Acts antilipogenic (block storage of fat in the body)

If linseed oil is added into food we should be adding a large quantity of antioxidants (vitamin C and E, selenium …). A large quantity of linseed oil (over three spoons) may be used only in a short period of time may otherwise it may lead to a lack of LA.

In the long term it is best that we combine fatty acid omega 3 (flax oil) with omega 6 fatty acids – sunflower oil but not refined in the trade, but cold-produced – so that you can get in the shops with a healthy diet) in ratio of 2:1.
