Healty lifeRight food will benefit our health

Wherever I look, I see instructions on how to eat.

Healty food, with reduced calories, more tasty, but wholegrain, bio, no fat, no cholesterol, according to the food pyramid, the most recent and fastest and the best diet ever …

It seems to me that for any disease or other medical disorder there is so much advice, paths, miracle medicines and teas as well as for obesity with food.

And I wonder why, despite all these miracles there are more and more overweight people.

Young girls, almost children, everywhere, even (or even the most time) when buying clothes, they are talking about it.

How to lose weight, what is the best diet, which path celebrities are choosing… etc?

lose weightOverweighed and fat legs and buttocks, overlarge or to small breasts –and about this, how some “friend” have lose weight.  In one week.
And mother.

How serious she/he has gone again with dieting. And father.
Again he/she plays tennis as mad, just because she/he gains some extra weight over the winter.

And next year will return all again. Or even before.
But definitely before the summer.

Even in serious experts recommendations we a lot of times could found instructions on how to eat more “bio” food.

A lot of dietary fibers.
Whole grain rice. Whole wheat bread.

Wholemeal pasta. Brown sugar. Wholegrain meal.

At least 12 (!) Of portions of wholegrain meals a day. Every day.

And Mediterranean food.
And what is a healthy drink.

All must be free of bubbles (bubbles cause cellulite!). A whole barrels of fresh fruit juice.

Those bio once, with no sugar in it. It is almost obligatory to have a glass of red (why red?) vine per day.

If we fallow all these instructions, we will  be slim and healthy, happy and in accordance with the Food pyramid.

Of course, oil with no cholesterol!  (Excuse me? Is it not cholesterol from animal source? Are there are oils without cholesterol?

Do not use butter. But do use olive oil, olive oil..

And once again olive oil. But do not heat it up! As it will become carcinogenic!

Recently, it is preferable to use rape oil. It is more bio. But does not use, under any condition pumpkin oil! (I must admit, I love it, and use it daily).

It is black and thick and very dangerous. It goes into your vanes. Don’t you just over look these recommendations, which so called “experts” are giving us daily?

And on the end, we should be very thankful for these advices. But if you look back, in old days, they eat all sorts of different food, there was no experts to advice, and even tough, there was less illness that in today time.

But, if ou are one of those “unlucky” people with overweight problem – then you should definitely separate carbohydrates and proteins. Uff, this doesn’t go together. And the best will be, that you are avoiding carbohydrates for good.

And when you are trying and trying.

Trying hard, and you inform your practitioner, who has for the last ten years persuade you, that the pain in your knees, increased pressure, abdominal distention  are all due to increased weight.

Pasta plateTo not eat bread? And not pasta? Neither whole meal bread? And this for several weeks?

This is absolutely unhealthy. And inadmissible. Certainly will have consequences on health.

Diet without carbohydrates! (How is it? Is it not written in any serious textbook that starches and carbohydrates are not the same thing?

To the carbohydrates in abundance in fruits. And in vegetables. Even in the onions!).

breadEven the greater horror will fallow, if you succeed. You will lose thirty pounds.

Ok, I will get serious now – and let you know how it works.

The thing is, that all you need is, decide that this is for real.

And do set yourself real objectives, which you can achieve.

Do not set them to high.  You should distinguish between the ideal and healthy weight.

It is ideal weight is for beauty. That healthy one, can be a little higher. If you have some additional ten or fifteen kilogram much too you would not die.

Actually, is even better, because you will not have wrinkles. And you will look younger.
Ok. I will stop here and let you know some truth about thing that I have written above.

Food CarbohydrateTruth about carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are a group of foods with the same energy value as protein.

They have fewer calories as fat. Reduced to half.

However, in addition to carbon and hydrogen contain oxygen (this means that the combustion or metabolism do not need oxygen from the outside) and because the human body is arranged in

the way that the metabolism and absorption of carbohydrates into the blood begins in the mouth (not as in fat and protein,

which is just beginning to digest in the stomach or even lower in the duodenum and small intestine), is an ideal fuel, and most important (and quickest) source of energy. Also stored out in the body.

Food-754072They are always in stock and it’s easy to use for the body so we don’t fall into “hypo”, or we don’t lose blood sugar to the level, that we should eat something sweet immediately.

In carbohydrates group we count ib simple sugars (from one or two sugar molecules) that have a sweet taste, and made of sugar or starch (non-sweet taste).

We can enjoy one and the other should, but only quality once.

Now, with expert recommendation, we should not longer talk about all-over about carbohydrates, as a undesirable type of food, but we must sorted out,  to whether they are natural (eg vegetables, fruit) or processed (flour).

Ok, I will give you some rest after this post.. and will wrote more about carbohydrates in next post, as avoiding them is quite crucial to lose weight.

And once you get used to not use (eat) bad once, you will feel much better.

Group type AB is also known as “Enigma”

relaxGroup with blood type AB is the rarest and the newest among all blood types.  It has developed from mixing with blood type A (from Caucasus group) and blood type B (Mongolian group) and is currently present only in 5 % of all populations.

About 10 to 12 centuries ago, this blood type didn’t even exist.

So; your blood type combines the characteristics of group A and B, which therefore means, that what is harmful for bloody type A and B, is also harmful for bloody type AB (but there are some exceptions).

But don’t worry, is not as bad as it looks, or seems at first impression. However, as group AB have fallow the tolerance of both blood types A and B, they have developed a strong immune system, which is specialized to fight against infectious diseases.

Furthermore, since they don’t have antibodies from anti-A and anti-B, they are less prone to allergies and diseases that are related to the immune system.

However, group AB is not having only advantages; in fact, your immune system could be in trouble, when he needs to recognize such hazardous substances, which are similar to those with blood type A or blood type B but this substance could be harmful for your body.

As this substance could trick system to develop antibodies, this could be quite harmful for your body, as there will be no protection.

This has the tendency to cancer diseases, but it doesn’t mean that you will certainly suffer this disease.


You could be inclined to the fallowing problems:

  • cancer diseases
  • tendency to bronchitis and pneumonia
  • tendency to develop fungal disease
  • tendency to parasites.

Characteristics:

  • contemporary merging groups A and B
  • chameleon react to a change of circumstances and nutrition
  • a sensitive digestive tract  overly tolerant immune system
  • response to stress is physical activity and creativity.

NUTRITION

Meat
Due to the low stomach acidity, group with blood type AB badly digest meat. But as this is a valuable element, I would suggest (as I have read already about it) to do the fallowing trick; do not eat often meat, is so, enjoy it rarely in small meals (red meat 1-3x a week, poultry 0-2x a week).

It is also very important to choose suitable kinds of meat, which are easier to digest. Chicken meat is better to be avoided, as is harmful the same way as for the blood type B. Furthermore, group AB should be avoiding preserved meat, since it increases the possibility of cancer of the stomach.

Useful: lamb, mutton, rabbit, turkey.
Neutral: liver, pheasant.
Harmful: beef, pork, venison, chicken and other poultry.

Fish
Fish are good source of protein for blood group AB (excluding certain types of fish from the harmful lectins). Characteristic, “inherited” from blood group A has a tendency to breast cancer, especially if the family has already had it.

In this case, it is important to add to your menu snails, which are containing lectin, which will attack degenerated cells, from which mainly breast cancer is developed.

Useful: tuna, bakal, sturgeon, caviar, salmon, mussels, swordfish, sea trout, sea language sea devil, hake, white fish, sardines, mackerel, pike, rainbow trout, seabass, snail.
Neutral: carp, sea salmon, river perch, pilgrimage scallop, herring.
Harmful: sea bass, octopus, eel, smoked salmon, plaice, halibut, oysters, crabs, sardines, cuttlefish, herring, haddock, frogs, turtle.

Milk, dairy products and eggs
Here is group AB very similar to group B  – dairy product are very useful for this group, specially yogurt, kefir and other fermented milk products with low fat.

However, be careful of a possible over-production of mucus (respiratory problems, inflammation of sinuses, sore ears).

In this case, reduce the consumption of dairy products. Eggs are a good source of protein for the group AB. But as yolk contains a lot of cholesterol, I would advise the use of two whites in one egg yolk.

Bulgarian_Sheep_FetaUseful: skimmed goat milk, goat cheese, feta, kefir, mozzarella, salted cow cheese, yogurt, farmer cheese, soy pasta, fresh non-fat cheese, Fiocchi di latte, curd.
Neutral: skimmed milk, whey, soy milk, soy cheese (tofu), Cheddar, Edam, emental, Gouda, Colby, jarlsburg, Munster, whey.
Harmful: butter, whole milk, sorbet, buffalo cheese, Parmesan cheese, camembert, ice cream, Brie, a cheese with noble mold, processed cheese.

Oils and fats
Group AB have to use vegetables oil, especially olive oil is good, as it protects the health of the heart and arteries.

Useful: olive oil.
Neutral: peanut oil, fish oil, linseed oil, rapeseed oil.
Harmful: corn oil, cotton oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil.

Group AB should be cautious in intake of stone fruit and seeds because of the contradictions in groups A and B.

They contain good proteins but you should enjoy them carefully, since they contain lectins, which impede the functioning of insulin, the same as in group B.

Some of these are important advantages for blood type AB, but if you have any problems with the bile, rather enjoy the fruits instead of whole.


Useful
: chestnuts, peanuts, peanut butter, nuts.
Neutral: almond and almond butter, Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, hikori nuts, leeches, macadamia nuts, pine nuts, pistachio.
Harmful: hazelnuts, poppy seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds, and butter, sunflower seeds and butter.

OILS AND FATS

essential_oilBlood group A doesn’t need a lot of fat; on the contrary, they should be avoided. But although, I think you should not totally avoid oils, as is proved, that tablespoon of olive oil on cooked vegetables or fruit will lead to better digestion. Additionally, olive oil will also help to lower cholesterol, and thus protect the heart and vein.

I would recommend corn oil, as is proven to be cousin digestion problems. It not necessary, that all food that you consume is seasoned with olive oil, but still be aware and choose among allowed and recommended oil. It’s however olive oil, that is certainly the most delicious and healthy. Useful: olive oil, linseed oil. Neutral: fish oil, rapeseed oil. Harmful: peanut oil, coconut butter, butter, oil, maize germ oil and sesame oil.

Stone fruit and seeds - Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds and walnuts are certainly very valuable in the diet group A, as they can be substitute for not having enough proteins, which can we gain by eating too little meat. The best among dry fruits are peanuts.  Eat them often along with a red wrapper, because it contains lectins, which helps to fight against cancer.

Pumpkin seeds are also very good for blood type A.  If you are facing bile problems, reduce the amount of dried fruit, and instead try to enjoy butter made of seeds. Useful: peanuts, peanut butter, Pumpkin seeds. Neutral: almond butter, almonds, chestnuts, sesame seeds, sesame butter (tahini), hazelnuts, walnuts hikori, leeches walnuts, sunflower seeds, or the butter, walnuts, macadamia nuts, Pinole, poppy seed, Pecans. Harmful: brazil nuts, kashew nuts, pistachio.

LEGUME

Group A is living with plant proteins, which we can find in legumes. But not all legumes are good and useful. For example; check peas, lima and kidney beans contain lectins, which interfere with production of insulin and stimulate existence of diabetes.

Useful: aduke beans, Adzuki beans, black beans, mountain lentils, red lentils, green lentils, green beans, Indian beans. Neutral: Green peas, young beans, sweet peas, white beans (canellini), fat beans, beans, beans jikama. Harmful: white beans, chick peas, kidney beans, lima beans, Tamarinds, dark red beans.

CEREALS AND CEREALS PRODUCTS

Group A is quite good with cereal and cereals products, so they can enjoy them daily. But do choose among naturally produced cereals. Do add to your menu fallowing; millet, soy flour, corn flour and whole oats. Ass characteristic for group A is, that they have enough mucus; therefore consumption of wheat should be limited. Otherwise it would increase secretion of mucus. Just trying will make you help you find out how much wheat you can eat without any adverse effects.

People with group A must assure, that wheat that is consumed (this causes acidity in the stomach) is balanced with fruit, which reacts basically in the stomach. Similar rules apply to cereal product, therefore chose among allowed cereals. But, do pay attention, and do avoid prepared food; minestrone, frozen or already prepared pasta. Even if you don’t have much time, try to prepare your food from the “raw” cereals on.

Useful: Amaranth, Buckwheat, rice desserts, bread from wheat germ, soy bread, rice waffles, rye flour. Neutral: oat flakes, rice flakes, Oat flour, maize flour, rice flour, rye flour, Jerusalem, kornflakes, beer, millet, barley, bread, prose bread, gluten-free bread, couscous, durum flour, quinoa, corn flour, rice (brown or white). Harmful: strong wheat flour, man-wheat flour, wholemeal bread, wheat, wheat flakes, wheat germ, wheat bran wheat grouts.

VEGETABLES

Vegetables are essential, since they supply us with minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. Enjoy them the most natural – raw or cooked in steam as then we keep a maximum of nutrients.  Group A can eat almost all vegetables, with some certain exceptions; the peppers and fermented olives may interfere with sensitive gastrointestinal. Moreover, group A is also very sensitive to the lectins of plain and sweet potato, batata potato and cabbage.

potatoes-1Group A should avoid tomatoes, because they contain very harmful lectins, which are bad for digestion tract. Most recommended vegetables are; broccoli, which are full of antioxidant. These substances may stimulate immune system and inhibit mutation of cells. Some other recommended vegetables; carrots, green cabbage, kale, pumpkin and spinach. But, do not forget garlic, which have antibiotic characteristics, which stimulates immune system and improves blood flow. Garlic is beneficial for all blood types, but most likely – group A can get the most of it, as it has very sensitive immune system.

Second very important food fro group A is tofu. You can make tastier way to prepared it; mix it with herbs and vegetables and you can also add a drop of soya sauce. Useful: germ alfalfa, artichokes, Swiss chard, broccoli, pumpkin, onions, chicory, garlic, horseradish, Swedes, parsley, Pasternak, carrots, mushrooms catfish, leeks, dandelion, Roman salad, Swedes, spinach, Jerusalem artichokes, green chicory. Neutral: avocados, Bamboo shoots, ribed vegetables, Brussels sprouts, cukine, cauliflower, endives, Head lettuce, germ mungo beans, maize, cucumber, Iceberg, sea lettuce, Lamb’s lettuce, asparagus, green olives, mushrooms Pak-Choi, spring onions, chicory, red beets, radishes, rocket, shallots, asparagus, water cress, green. Harmful: potatoes, chili, aubergines, Chinese cabbage, black olives, red, yellow and green peppers, tomatoes, red cabbage, champignons, šitaki mushrooms, cabbage.

FRUIT

For group is recommended to eat fruit at least 3 –times per day. Priority should be given to more basic fruit as forest fruit and plums, which help to balance cereal effect, which make muscles more acidic. This can affect group A negatively. Melons are also basic fruit, but should be consumed in small quantities, because they contain a microscopic fungus, which are often hard to digest. Bad tolerance is also with tropical fruit as mango and papaya, which contains enzymes that are beneficial for other groups. Pineapple on contrary is great for digestion.

Group A should also avoid oranges, eventhough you like them a lot – but they irritating stomach and make difficulties with absorption of minerals. Minerals are very much needed. Oranges triggers stomach acid reaction. But, on the other hand, also grapefruit is sour fruit, but reacts basically and therefore do not irritate digestive tract. Also lemons are usefully the same way as grapefruit. As vitamin C is a great antioxidant, it’s quite important for you to get enough of this vitamin, as you are not recommended to eat organs – so replaced them with other sour fruit as written above (also kiwi).

Furthermore, also banana is not very good for group A, as this fruit is full of potassium, as a substitute we need to increase the quantity of apricots, figs and some types of melons, which are a good source of potassium. Useful: apricots, pineapple, cherries, fresh figs, dried figs, lemons, blueberries, blackberries, grapefruit, dark plums, red plums, prunes, green plums, raisins (dried grapes), cranberries. Neutral: water melon, avocados, sambuka, kaki, carambola, Dates, Indian figa, strawberries, guava, Kiwi, Kumquats, raspberry, lime (limetta), Pomegranate, apple, winter melon, the Spanish melons, yellow melons, pears, nectarines, peaches, blackberries, red currants, grapes, elderberries, gooseberries. lychees. Harmful: oranges, bananas, melons cantaloupe, mandarin, mango, honey melon, Coconuts, papayas, rhubarb.

Best food for blood type 0
In my previous post I already mentioned some sort of food, which are highly recommended for blood type 0. In this post, I will write a bit more about suitable seafood, vegetables and fruit.

fish_oilFish – they are excellent source of proteins, which are very suitable for group 0. Specially sort of fish that comes from cold waters as cod, mackerel and herring.  During human evolution there was a process of changes in blood concentration, which haven’t been present in blood 0 yet. That way blood group 0 is so rare, which is not very condensable and coagulates.

This process can be reduced with consumption of fish oil. Fish oil is very good with intestinal inflammation, as group 0 is more subservience to colitis and croon disease. Nevertheless sea food is a excellent source of iodine, which regulates function of thyroid gland. Therefore, lets sea food be on your menu very often. Useful: ginger, raw salmon, swordfish, halibut, hake, white fish, cod, river perch, sardines, mackerel, herring, pike, rainbow trout. Neutral: eel, mussel, carp, sea trout, sea salmon, sea devil, plaice, oysters, crabs, redfish, scallop pilgrimage, sardines, cuttlefish and calamari, tuna, haddock. Harmful: sea bass, octopus, caviar, smoked salmon, marinated herring.


MILK,
DAIRY PRODUCTS AND EGGS – Group 0 must drastically reduce ldairygroupimit of dairy products, because their organism have hard time intake it. In this group of food, you won’t find usefully and recommended food.  Limitations for these foods are as fallow; 4-5 eggs per week and very small amount of dairy products. But another thing is, that not using enough dairy products can lead to shortage of calcium, especially for young people and for women in the menopause. Therefore, is much recommended to get enough calcium with dietary supplements. Neutral: goat cheese, butter, mozzarella, sheep’s cheese (feta), soy cheese and soya milk. Harmful: Yogurt (all types), kefir, curd, cheese from cow’s milk, milk (skimmed or whole), processed cheese, ice cream, cheese with mold.

OILS AND FATS
– Group 0 tolerates fat, which represents a good source of energy for these people and helps regulate digestion and purgation. Very suitable are olive oil and linseed oil, because they help reduce bad cholesterol in the blood. Useful: olive oil, linseed oil. Neutral: rapeseed oil, fish oil, sesame oil. Harmful: peanut oil, coconut butter, oil, cotton oil.

Fruit and nuts – they contain good protein which suits the best group 0, but still they can replaced meat and fishes, especially they are quite fat. People with weight problems should limit consumption of nuts. Dry fruit could cause some digest problems, therefore is recommended to chew it very good or even better, only use oils and butters made of this nuts.

Useful: nuts, Pumpkin seeds. Neutral: almond and almond butter, sesame butter, chestnuts, sunflower margarine, American walnut, Macadamia nuts, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds, nuts. Harmful: peanuts, peanut butter, litchi, Brazil nuts, pistachio, poppy seed.

Legume
– group 0 is not using proteins in legumes as they should. In general legumes are blocking assimilation of important nutrients from the food. Good example is meat. In addition to that, they make muscles less acidic, which isn’t very good for this type of group. Group 0 is maintaining health and vitality with slight acidity in the muscles.
But, do not mix up muscle acidity with acidity of digestive juices.  Nevertheless use legumes in small quantities, approx. 1-2 times a week.

Useful: aduke beans, Adzuki beans. Neutral: cannellini (white beans), string beans, green beans, peas, chick peas, black beans, field beans, lima beans. Harmful: mountain lentils, kidney beans, red lentils, green lentils, Tamarinds.

12308807883333333333333cereals1CEREALS AND CEREAL PRODUCTS - People with group 0 do not tolerate any of wheat products; therefore wheat should be banned from all menus. Wheat contains lectins, which react with blood and digestive tract and are obstructing absorption of important nutrients.

Wheat is the main reason for blood type 0 to gain weight. All gluten that wheat contains slows down metabolism and helps you to gain weight. It’s the same story with pastries, which are mainly made from wheat flour.
Even though you will still be using a big part of permitted types of cereal; still be very careful and do not go over the top.

Neutral: Amaranth, Buckwheat flour, basmati rice, bread, Essen (from toughened wheat), barley flour, Pirin bread, bread with coarse rye flour, natural unglazed rice flour, prose bread, quinoa, rice (white, wild), rice flour, rice waffles, rye bread, rye flour. Harmful: Bulgur, Graham bread, maize flour, corn meal, corn flakes, corn starch, cuscus, strong wheat flour, oat flakes, oat Bran, oat Bran, Oat flour, man-wheat flour, whole meal bread, wheat, wheat flakes, wheat germ, wheat bran wheat bread, wheat flour (type 405), wheat flour with germ, wheat grouts, noodles (durum), rye bread with Bran (pumpernickel).

2009_04_15-vegetablesVEGETABLES -  There are all sorts of vegetables, which are very useful and good for blood type 0. But still be a bit careful with fallowing vegetables; cabbage, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower which are obstructing function of thyroid. Thyroid is in general quite lazy in group 0. Green vegetables, which contains a lot of vitamin C – vegetables as kale, green cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, spinach – it’s however very useful. Do not forget, what I mentioned before, that vitamin C helps with blood coagulation problems.

Alfalfa seeds have a lot of substance, which can irritate gastrointestinal tract and may even worse problems with digestive juice problems. Also some mushroom could be problematic – I would recommend avoiding mushrooms šitaki.

Vegetables as aubergines and potatoes cause pain or inflammation of limbs. Corn lectins are affecting production of insulin in the body, which can lead to diabetes. Group 0 should also avoid corn products, even more, if they are overweighed or have diabetes in the family. Tomato is the exception here; rich, with strong lectins, which cause problems to blood type A and B, but are good for blood type 0.

Useful: artichokes, Swiss chard, broccoli, pumpkin, onion, garlic, produce, cabbage, Swedes, peppers (red), leeks, dandelion, roman lettuce, spinach, green chicory, sweet potato (batata). FRUIT
– group 0 can enjoy all sorts of fruit. Fruit is not only a good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals, but also represents good substitute for bread and pasta. Algae Laminaria helps alleviate stomach acidity and thus reduce possibilities of stomach infections. Do not forget that also seaweed is good regulator of metabolism and are great help to lose weight. Parsley works as sedative for your digestive system, as well as some spicy herbs as curry and savory red pepper.

But remember, that black pepper and white wine vinegar will irritate your gastrointestinal. You can use a sauce which contains sugar; neither chocolate will be harmful for this type. But do avoid corn syrup as sweetener.

The number of studies that demonstrate the incredible positive effects of unsaturated fatty acids to our health, in recent years is increasing. You have probably already heard of the “Mediterranean diet” – eating, which is based on cereals, vegetables, fruits, fish and vegetable sources of fat, particularly in the olive oil, nuts and seeds, which are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants. Such a diet contains an average of 40% of all calories eaten per day of unsaturated fatty acids. Therefore, do not exclude certain fatty foods, only due to the fact that they contain much fat, but rather to check the fatty acids the food contains. Choose food that has less saturated and as more unsaturated fatty acids. American Society of Health heart disease speaks in big favor of such eating habits.

What lies in the interior

Although the wide variety of nuts are quite similar to some extent in the calorific value by the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat, however, they can differ each other and some have even certain peculiarities that are of the stand.

Unique exception is the well known walnut that is the only nut containing alpha linoleic acid (LNA), which belongs to the family of omega 3 fatty acids. While the other nuts contain only trace (less than 1%), the walnut contains 6.8%. At the same time, it also provides a maximum of linoleic fatty acid (LA). Alpha linolenic linoeic and fatty acid are essential fatty acids – because the the human body is not capable of producing and are therefore essential in food intake. LNA and LA are taking part in the production of physical energy and hemoglobin, also cooperate in the transfer of oxygen, are an important structural component of cell membranes and promote the metabolism and regeneration after physical activity. Among other things, improving the quality of hair, nails and skin, helps to lower blood pressure and blood cholesterol, reduces the possibility of stroke and heart attack, … It is good to relly to the study ( “Lyon Heart Study”), showing that essential fatty acids LA and LNA decrease the formation of blood clots, greatly reduces the risk of heart attack and blocked arteries. The study showed that the addition of 2 g daily LNA reduced mortality rate of 70%.

In addition to unsaturated fatty acids nuts contain a small amount of saturated, ranging from 4 to 16%. At least it is in the hazelnuts and almonds, more than in Brazil nuts.

On average, nuts contain about 15-20% carbohydrate, of which the majority of more than half the fiber, the remainder being various sugars. They mostly contain little starch, with the exception of the Indian nut, in which most carbohydrate is starch.

Nuts are also an important source of vitamins and minerals. There is much vitamin E and B, and also a lot of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, selenium (a large majority of Brazilian walnut) and calcium (even the gorgeous tone source).
