What gives the caffeine in coffee, its effect?

Coffee is a morning drink, which wake us up and help us get ready for day ahead.

And be honest, we don’t drink it because of the antioxidants that it has, but we drinking it, because of the stimulating effect that caffeine has.

Caffeine works by blocking receptors of substances called adenosine, which also promotes sleep.

And the level of adenosine is increasing during the day.And does caffeine keep us awake, or make us even more active?

The longer we are awake, the higher level of adenosine will be achieved.

By blocking adenosine receptors, the caffeine help us “beat” sleepiness, which consequently make us feel more awake and alert.

By drinking coffee we are not getting smarter, I know… … not very good fact. But anyway, it will improve our activity and accuracy of our mental response. I say, not bad at all.

If we would make sure to intake accurate dose of caffeine daily, we could improve performance and prevent accidents, with those who work long hours, such as medical workers, firefighters and rescuers.
Most people drinks coffee at completely wrong time, as they drink a cup or two in the morning.

This is actually the last thing we need, since we have the lowest level of adenosine in the morning. It is better to start drinking coffee in mid-day and have some in the afternoon, of course, if your goal is to get through the sleepiness.

But millions of coffee addicts, who drink coffee in the morning can’t really be wrong, as they devote first morning thought to coffee.

Must admit, me myself do that some times. And there is such a thing – as craving for morning coffee, it is called “sleeping laziness”. It is true, that some people have major difficulties to get from sleep to alert stage. Some, who could be suffering from some mental disorder features, sometimes needs even two hours to get alert, after they wake up. Caffeine in coffee speeds up this process.

Dangerous combinations

Mixing alcohol with drinks, which contain caffeine, may cause great harm to your body.
In Sweden, a few years ago, they found out, that the three young people died because of mixing energy drinks and vodka.
After this accident, the health services in all media ads have announced warning, that mixing alcohol with energy drinks can lead to many health problems.

Is there any reason, why not love coffee??

Coffee drinkActually, there are only few. People with irregular heart beat are often advice to avoid caffeine, because of concern, that this could aggravate arrhythmia.
And if you have trouble sleeping, try to reduce the consumption of caffeine in order to ascertain whether caffeine is interfering with your sleeping and resting time.
Also common are advices to pregnant women, as they should limit consumption of caffeine from all sources.

The reason is that caffeine increases the risk of abortion; although not all experts do agree with this statement.
One of the signals of healthy pregnancy is, that pregnant woman temporarily lost the taste for coffee.

The excessive consumption of caffeine is associated with low birth weight, and because caffeine passes into breast milk, pediatricians advise nursing mothers to avoid drinking coffee.

But, according to the latest good news about coffee, the issue would likely to be reversed. Should people who do not drink coffee, think about it, and have a cup or two per day?

ArrhythmiaHypersensitive persons, children and pregnant women should be all avoided from beverages containing caffeine such as coffee, cola and energy drinks.

Overdose with decaffeinated, especially if you stir with alcohol, can cause arrhythmia, or irregular heartbeat or moreover a cardiovascular collapse.

Coffee isn’t a universal drink

Recent findings are quite encouraging, even though still must be confirmed by other studies. Scientists need to understand better, what is in coffee and how it works on the body.

Thus, both are acting on the brain. , if you enjoy in larger quantities (and young people often do), this may also lead to heart attack- vein.

Those who survive it would never ever mix these substances together. But there are not only caffeine and alcohol in the drinks, which are controversial.

The energy drinks are often part of the ephedrine, and when we mix these three substances together, their activity is similar to activity when taking ecstasy.

And then, is not far away from the rapid collapse. In the U.S. have banned the use of ephedrine, the actual effects of caffeine on the body were discovered only recently.

Caffeine and headache

Cup of espresso contains about 60 mg of caffeine; liter of cola drink about 130 mg in one tin (250 ml) of the energy drink has about 90 mg of caffeine.

In cup of tea, we could find next to caffeine also other alkaloids such as theophylline and theobromine.

From chocolate to hot cocoa, all the products whose main ingredient is cocoa also contain caffeine.
It should be remembered that the caffeine is the component of many substances for the pain relief (in quantities of 60 to 200 mg), but also that caffeine in large quantities can cause headaches.

The effect after 15 minutes
Already fifteen minutes after having cup of coffee, caffeine occurs in the blood. Since acts on the central nervous system and accelerate the heart functioning, which supply more oxygen to the body.

The International Olympic Committee is treating caffeine as a drug and they are disqualified players, if they found in urine a large proportion of this substance.

The concentration of 12 mg / l is acceptable, but more than that is already note as a doping. Eight pans of strong coffee can bring the concentration up to 700 mg / l.

As a stimulant caffeine may defer a feeling of tiredness. It works even better, if few days before we haven’t drunk any beverage that would contain caffeine (coffee, tea, cola).

Average sensitive man can intake daily dose of 100 to 130 mg of caffeine (that is equal to two, three, or one cup of coffee and half a tin of energy drink), and if it is taken twice or even three times larger amount, then it could lead to insomnia, migraines, heart breaking and rage attacks, which are reliable indications of poisoning.

OILS AND FATS

essential_oilBlood group A doesn’t need a lot of fat; on the contrary, they should be avoided. But although, I think you should not totally avoid oils, as is proved, that tablespoon of olive oil on cooked vegetables or fruit will lead to better digestion. Additionally, olive oil will also help to lower cholesterol, and thus protect the heart and vein.

I would recommend corn oil, as is proven to be cousin digestion problems. It not necessary, that all food that you consume is seasoned with olive oil, but still be aware and choose among allowed and recommended oil. It’s however olive oil, that is certainly the most delicious and healthy. Useful: olive oil, linseed oil. Neutral: fish oil, rapeseed oil. Harmful: peanut oil, coconut butter, butter, oil, maize germ oil and sesame oil.

Stone fruit and seeds - Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds and walnuts are certainly very valuable in the diet group A, as they can be substitute for not having enough proteins, which can we gain by eating too little meat. The best among dry fruits are peanuts.  Eat them often along with a red wrapper, because it contains lectins, which helps to fight against cancer.

Pumpkin seeds are also very good for blood type A.  If you are facing bile problems, reduce the amount of dried fruit, and instead try to enjoy butter made of seeds. Useful: peanuts, peanut butter, Pumpkin seeds. Neutral: almond butter, almonds, chestnuts, sesame seeds, sesame butter (tahini), hazelnuts, walnuts hikori, leeches walnuts, sunflower seeds, or the butter, walnuts, macadamia nuts, Pinole, poppy seed, Pecans. Harmful: brazil nuts, kashew nuts, pistachio.

LEGUME

Group A is living with plant proteins, which we can find in legumes. But not all legumes are good and useful. For example; check peas, lima and kidney beans contain lectins, which interfere with production of insulin and stimulate existence of diabetes.

Useful: aduke beans, Adzuki beans, black beans, mountain lentils, red lentils, green lentils, green beans, Indian beans. Neutral: Green peas, young beans, sweet peas, white beans (canellini), fat beans, beans, beans jikama. Harmful: white beans, chick peas, kidney beans, lima beans, Tamarinds, dark red beans.

CEREALS AND CEREALS PRODUCTS

Group A is quite good with cereal and cereals products, so they can enjoy them daily. But do choose among naturally produced cereals. Do add to your menu fallowing; millet, soy flour, corn flour and whole oats. Ass characteristic for group A is, that they have enough mucus; therefore consumption of wheat should be limited. Otherwise it would increase secretion of mucus. Just trying will make you help you find out how much wheat you can eat without any adverse effects.

People with group A must assure, that wheat that is consumed (this causes acidity in the stomach) is balanced with fruit, which reacts basically in the stomach. Similar rules apply to cereal product, therefore chose among allowed cereals. But, do pay attention, and do avoid prepared food; minestrone, frozen or already prepared pasta. Even if you don’t have much time, try to prepare your food from the “raw” cereals on.

Useful: Amaranth, Buckwheat, rice desserts, bread from wheat germ, soy bread, rice waffles, rye flour. Neutral: oat flakes, rice flakes, Oat flour, maize flour, rice flour, rye flour, Jerusalem, kornflakes, beer, millet, barley, bread, prose bread, gluten-free bread, couscous, durum flour, quinoa, corn flour, rice (brown or white). Harmful: strong wheat flour, man-wheat flour, wholemeal bread, wheat, wheat flakes, wheat germ, wheat bran wheat grouts.

VEGETABLES

Vegetables are essential, since they supply us with minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. Enjoy them the most natural – raw or cooked in steam as then we keep a maximum of nutrients.  Group A can eat almost all vegetables, with some certain exceptions; the peppers and fermented olives may interfere with sensitive gastrointestinal. Moreover, group A is also very sensitive to the lectins of plain and sweet potato, batata potato and cabbage.

potatoes-1Group A should avoid tomatoes, because they contain very harmful lectins, which are bad for digestion tract. Most recommended vegetables are; broccoli, which are full of antioxidant. These substances may stimulate immune system and inhibit mutation of cells. Some other recommended vegetables; carrots, green cabbage, kale, pumpkin and spinach. But, do not forget garlic, which have antibiotic characteristics, which stimulates immune system and improves blood flow. Garlic is beneficial for all blood types, but most likely – group A can get the most of it, as it has very sensitive immune system.

Second very important food fro group A is tofu. You can make tastier way to prepared it; mix it with herbs and vegetables and you can also add a drop of soya sauce. Useful: germ alfalfa, artichokes, Swiss chard, broccoli, pumpkin, onions, chicory, garlic, horseradish, Swedes, parsley, Pasternak, carrots, mushrooms catfish, leeks, dandelion, Roman salad, Swedes, spinach, Jerusalem artichokes, green chicory. Neutral: avocados, Bamboo shoots, ribed vegetables, Brussels sprouts, cukine, cauliflower, endives, Head lettuce, germ mungo beans, maize, cucumber, Iceberg, sea lettuce, Lamb’s lettuce, asparagus, green olives, mushrooms Pak-Choi, spring onions, chicory, red beets, radishes, rocket, shallots, asparagus, water cress, green. Harmful: potatoes, chili, aubergines, Chinese cabbage, black olives, red, yellow and green peppers, tomatoes, red cabbage, champignons, šitaki mushrooms, cabbage.

FRUIT

For group is recommended to eat fruit at least 3 –times per day. Priority should be given to more basic fruit as forest fruit and plums, which help to balance cereal effect, which make muscles more acidic. This can affect group A negatively. Melons are also basic fruit, but should be consumed in small quantities, because they contain a microscopic fungus, which are often hard to digest. Bad tolerance is also with tropical fruit as mango and papaya, which contains enzymes that are beneficial for other groups. Pineapple on contrary is great for digestion.

Group A should also avoid oranges, eventhough you like them a lot – but they irritating stomach and make difficulties with absorption of minerals. Minerals are very much needed. Oranges triggers stomach acid reaction. But, on the other hand, also grapefruit is sour fruit, but reacts basically and therefore do not irritate digestive tract. Also lemons are usefully the same way as grapefruit. As vitamin C is a great antioxidant, it’s quite important for you to get enough of this vitamin, as you are not recommended to eat organs – so replaced them with other sour fruit as written above (also kiwi).

Furthermore, also banana is not very good for group A, as this fruit is full of potassium, as a substitute we need to increase the quantity of apricots, figs and some types of melons, which are a good source of potassium. Useful: apricots, pineapple, cherries, fresh figs, dried figs, lemons, blueberries, blackberries, grapefruit, dark plums, red plums, prunes, green plums, raisins (dried grapes), cranberries. Neutral: water melon, avocados, sambuka, kaki, carambola, Dates, Indian figa, strawberries, guava, Kiwi, Kumquats, raspberry, lime (limetta), Pomegranate, apple, winter melon, the Spanish melons, yellow melons, pears, nectarines, peaches, blackberries, red currants, grapes, elderberries, gooseberries. lychees. Harmful: oranges, bananas, melons cantaloupe, mandarin, mango, honey melon, Coconuts, papayas, rhubarb.

NUTRITION


Meat
– People with blood group A should remove from daily diet almost all types of meat because this is the only way to reduced circulatory system diseases and cancer. It’s quite understandable, that you will need some time, to change your habit to change to vegetarian food, but it’s important to start.  Start by removing from your diet all the beef and pork meat, and replace it with fish and white chicken meat and turkey made it in the oven or on the grill. Meat industry must forget on you as a customer, since these products contain nitrites, which could cause stomach cancer to the people, which have low lever of stomach acid – people with group A. Neutral: chicken, turkey. Harmful: goose, beef, lamb, deer, liver, rabbit, quail, duck, bacon, baby, deer, pork, ham, veal, rabbit.

fishFISH – A group A may eat moderate quantities of fish 3-4x a week, but it should avoid any white fish, as a plaice, because it contains lectins, which irritates digestive tract. If you are a woman with blood type A and there have been cancer present in your family, consider to get on your menu snails. Garden snails contain lectins, which modify cancer cells, in particular those of cancer in the chest.

Here are some examples where lectins work for our side: fish prepared in the oven, on the grill on the white source, – only preparing it this way will help you get the most of this food.  Useful: carp, raw salmon, sea trout, sea devil, white fish, cod, river perch, sardines, mackerel, rainbow troutNeutral: sturgeon, swordfish, redfish, pike, white tuna, seabass. Harmful: sea bass, octopus, eel, mussel, lepotka – venernica, smoked salmon, sea language sea salmon, plaice, halibut, oysters, hake, crustaceans, pilgrimage scallop (capesante), sardines, cuttlefish (KALAMAR), herring (marinated), which, haddock, frogs.


MILK, DAIRY PRODUCTS AND EGGS

Group A can take in only small quantities, of fermented cheese, but should avoid products with whole milk, and also limit consumptions of eggs ( 1-3 a week). Anyone, who is used to consume milk products daily, should not necessary completely eliminate them, it should be enough to choose from the less-fat products such as yoghurt or skimmed milk, kefir, and some cheeses. Goat milk is a good substitute cow and of course, soy milk and soya cheese.

Group A have quite difficulties digesting dairy products. The reason is as fallow: the immune system produces antibodies to one of the components of whole milk, sugar, D-galaktozamine, which together with the fructose builds up B antigen. Since the immune system react to everything that remains to blood type B, also reacts to whole milk products.

If you are allergic or have respiratory problems, you can be sure that the consumption of dairy products increased production of mucus, which is a good basis for the reproduction of bacteria. Therefore, this is one more reason to restrict dairy products in your diet. Useful: soy milk, soy cheese.  Neutral: goat milk, goat cheese, processed cheese, yogurt, kefir, mozzarella, sheep’s cheese (feta), Ricotta. Harmful: curd, granular curd, Brie, Camembert, Cheddar, Edam, Emmental, Gouda, gruyere, Münster and skimmed milk, Parmesan cheese, buttermilk, Provolone cheese with noble mold, whey, ice cream, cream cheese.

Best food for blood type 0
In my previous post I already mentioned some sort of food, which are highly recommended for blood type 0. In this post, I will write a bit more about suitable seafood, vegetables and fruit.

fish_oilFish – they are excellent source of proteins, which are very suitable for group 0. Specially sort of fish that comes from cold waters as cod, mackerel and herring.  During human evolution there was a process of changes in blood concentration, which haven’t been present in blood 0 yet. That way blood group 0 is so rare, which is not very condensable and coagulates.

This process can be reduced with consumption of fish oil. Fish oil is very good with intestinal inflammation, as group 0 is more subservience to colitis and croon disease. Nevertheless sea food is a excellent source of iodine, which regulates function of thyroid gland. Therefore, lets sea food be on your menu very often. Useful: ginger, raw salmon, swordfish, halibut, hake, white fish, cod, river perch, sardines, mackerel, herring, pike, rainbow trout. Neutral: eel, mussel, carp, sea trout, sea salmon, sea devil, plaice, oysters, crabs, redfish, scallop pilgrimage, sardines, cuttlefish and calamari, tuna, haddock. Harmful: sea bass, octopus, caviar, smoked salmon, marinated herring.


MILK,
DAIRY PRODUCTS AND EGGS – Group 0 must drastically reduce ldairygroupimit of dairy products, because their organism have hard time intake it. In this group of food, you won’t find usefully and recommended food.  Limitations for these foods are as fallow; 4-5 eggs per week and very small amount of dairy products. But another thing is, that not using enough dairy products can lead to shortage of calcium, especially for young people and for women in the menopause. Therefore, is much recommended to get enough calcium with dietary supplements. Neutral: goat cheese, butter, mozzarella, sheep’s cheese (feta), soy cheese and soya milk. Harmful: Yogurt (all types), kefir, curd, cheese from cow’s milk, milk (skimmed or whole), processed cheese, ice cream, cheese with mold.

OILS AND FATS
– Group 0 tolerates fat, which represents a good source of energy for these people and helps regulate digestion and purgation. Very suitable are olive oil and linseed oil, because they help reduce bad cholesterol in the blood. Useful: olive oil, linseed oil. Neutral: rapeseed oil, fish oil, sesame oil. Harmful: peanut oil, coconut butter, oil, cotton oil.

Fruit and nuts – they contain good protein which suits the best group 0, but still they can replaced meat and fishes, especially they are quite fat. People with weight problems should limit consumption of nuts. Dry fruit could cause some digest problems, therefore is recommended to chew it very good or even better, only use oils and butters made of this nuts.

Useful: nuts, Pumpkin seeds. Neutral: almond and almond butter, sesame butter, chestnuts, sunflower margarine, American walnut, Macadamia nuts, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds, nuts. Harmful: peanuts, peanut butter, litchi, Brazil nuts, pistachio, poppy seed.

Legume
– group 0 is not using proteins in legumes as they should. In general legumes are blocking assimilation of important nutrients from the food. Good example is meat. In addition to that, they make muscles less acidic, which isn’t very good for this type of group. Group 0 is maintaining health and vitality with slight acidity in the muscles.
But, do not mix up muscle acidity with acidity of digestive juices.  Nevertheless use legumes in small quantities, approx. 1-2 times a week.

Useful: aduke beans, Adzuki beans. Neutral: cannellini (white beans), string beans, green beans, peas, chick peas, black beans, field beans, lima beans. Harmful: mountain lentils, kidney beans, red lentils, green lentils, Tamarinds.

Wheat is the main reason for blood type 0 to gain weight. All gluten that wheat contains slows down metabolism and helps you to gain weight. It’s the same story with pastries, which are mainly made from wheat flour.
Even though you will still be using a big part of permitted types of cereal; still be very careful and do not go over the top.

Neutral: Amaranth, Buckwheat flour, basmati rice, bread, Essen (from toughened wheat), barley flour, Pirin bread, bread with coarse rye flour, natural unglazed rice flour, prose bread, quinoa, rice (white, wild), rice flour, rice waffles, rye bread, rye flour. Harmful: Bulgur, Graham bread, maize flour, corn meal, corn flakes, corn starch, cuscus, strong wheat flour, oat flakes, oat Bran, oat Bran, Oat flour, man-wheat flour, whole meal bread, wheat, wheat flakes, wheat germ, wheat bran wheat bread, wheat flour (type 405), wheat flour with germ, wheat grouts, noodles (durum), rye bread with Bran (pumpernickel).

2009_04_15-vegetablesVEGETABLES -  There are all sorts of vegetables, which are very useful and good for blood type 0. But still be a bit careful with fallowing vegetables; cabbage, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower which are obstructing function of thyroid. Thyroid is in general quite lazy in group 0. Green vegetables, which contains a lot of vitamin C – vegetables as kale, green cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, spinach – it’s however very useful. Do not forget, what I mentioned before, that vitamin C helps with blood coagulation problems.

Alfalfa seeds have a lot of substance, which can irritate gastrointestinal tract and may even worse problems with digestive juice problems. Also some mushroom could be problematic – I would recommend avoiding mushrooms šitaki.

Vegetables as aubergines and potatoes cause pain or inflammation of limbs. Corn lectins are affecting production of insulin in the body, which can lead to diabetes. Group 0 should also avoid corn products, even more, if they are overweighed or have diabetes in the family. Tomato is the exception here; rich, with strong lectins, which cause problems to blood type A and B, but are good for blood type 0.

Useful: artichokes, Swiss chard, broccoli, pumpkin, onion, garlic, produce, cabbage, Swedes, peppers (red), leeks, dandelion, roman lettuce, spinach, green chicory, sweet potato (batata). Neutral: Bamboo shoots, RIBBED vegetables, chilli, Head lettuce, germ mungo beans, fennel (fennel), carrots, cucumber, Iceberg, Lamb’s lettuce, green olives, catfish, pak-Choi, peppers (yellow and green) tomatoes, spring onions, chicory, red beets, radishes, rocket, Swedes, shallots, asparagus, water cress, green.  Harmful: alfalfa germ, avocados, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, cauliflower, aubergines, Chinese cabbage, corn, black olives, red cabbage, champignons, šitaki mushrooms, cabbage.


FRUIT
– group 0 can enjoy all sorts of fruit. Fruit is not only a good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals, but also represents good substitute for bread and pasta. Piece of fruit will be more suitable to your body then bread; at the same time this will also help you lose weight. You may be surprised to find your favorite fruit on banned list, but on the other hand, you will find a lot of suitable fruits for your group.

Plums, prunes and figs are very useful to you, because most of the dark red, blue and purple fruits usually cause basic reaction in digestive tract and with this balance highly acidity in digestive tract. But still beware, that some of the fruit may contain mold, which is very unsuitable for this group. Watermelon is one of them for example.

Do enjoy allowed melons and watermelons in small quantities. Also oranges, mandarins and raspberries are not very recommended, because they contain a lot of acid. Grapefruit also have high quantities of acid, but you can still enjoy them in small quantities as it has basic digest reaction.

Group 0 are very sensitive to the coconut and all products that contain it. It’s also good to check that products you enjoy, do not have a coconut oil in it, as it has high calorific value.

Neutral: pineapples, bananas, elderberries, blueberries, peaches, cranberries, cherries, Dates, Pomegranates, grapefruit, grapes, guavas, pears, apples, carambola, kiwi fruit, gooseberries, limes, lemons, watermelons, raspberries, mangos, apricots, melons (Kananga, Spanish), nectarines, papaya, rhubarb, currants (red and black), raisins. Harmful: Strawberries, Coconuts, leeches, mandarins, melons (honey, cantaloupe), oranges, blackberries.


JUICES
– Group 0 is more suitable for vegetables juices, which are more basic. If you drink fruit juice, choose between these who have little or no added sugar. Pineapple juice is very good to drain water from the body and to prevent meteorism, factors that contribute to an increase in weight. Cherry juice is also very useful, because is alkaline. In principle, you can use all vegetables and fruits, which are allowed or quite neutral.
Useful: pineapple juice, cherry juice, prunes juice. Neutral: grape juice, lemon juice, vegetable juices allowed, apricot juice, juice, carrots, cucumber juice, tomato juice, grapefruit juice, papaya juice, green juice, blueberry juice. Harmful: Cider, apple juice, orange juice, cabbage juice.

SPICES AND HERBS – If you decided to choose the right spices for your blood type, you could increase effectiveness of your digest tract and immune system. Additives, that contain for example laminario, are very suitable for group 0, because they are rich on iodine and essential for proper thyroid function. Also iodine salt is suitable, but still be careful of not using it too much.

Algae Laminaria helps alleviate stomach acidity and thus reduce possibilities of stomach infections. Do not forget that also seaweed is good regulator of metabolism and are great help to lose weight. Parsley works as sedative for your digestive system, as well as some spicy herbs as curry and savory red pepper.

But remember, that black pepper and white wine vinegar will irritate your gastrointestinal. You can use a sauce which contains sugar; neither chocolate will be harmful for this type. But do avoid corn syrup as sweetener.

Useful: cayenne pepper, curry, ginger, parsley, curcuma.

Neutral: basil, bergamot, garlic Chives chocolate, mustard, horseradish, anise, maple syrup, barley malt, cocoa, cardamom, coriander, chervil, cumin, light mayonnaise, honey, carnation beings, bay leaf, marjoram, molasses, Cumin, paprika powder, Tarragon, allspice, pepper mint, red pepper (cayenne), rosemary, white, brown and unrefined sugar, salt, soy sauce, soy paste, thyme, sage, saffron, sauce Worcester.

Harmful: balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, apple vinegar, capers, wine vinegar, Muscovy walnut, vanilla, black and white pepper, corn syrup, tomato ketchup.

Herbal teas and other drinks – I suggest you think of herbal tea as way of increasing effectiveness and to fight against your congenital weaknesses. Aim for group 0 is to calm down our digestive and immune system. Herbs as mint, parsley, rosehip and sarsaparilla are a big help to achieve that. On the other hand, herbs as aloa, whiskers, corn and some others are the one that irritates your system.


Useful:
ginseng, hops, ginger, lime flowers, pepper mint, dandelion, sarsaparilla, rosehip, club soda, seltzer water, water. Neutral: valerian, white birch, elder, hawthorn, chamomile, cat mint, raspberry leaves, green mint, milfoil, thyme, wine, seltz water, soda, beer, green tea, sage. Harmful: black tea, diet lemonade, gentian, strawberry leaves, real coffee, rhubarb, Echinacea, spirit drinks, cola.

I recommend to choose between food beneficial and neutral, otherwise it may lead to a lack of certain vitamins and minerals. Avoid harmful foods. Recommended additives – the main task for additives is to replace substance, that are missing in daily food, and give you protection, where is needed the most: to stimulate metabolism, improve blood thickening, prevent infections, stabilization of thyroid function.

Therefore, try to eat in accordance with your blood type – And Feel The Difference.

I will follow up my last blog regarding to how to eat in connection with your blood group.

Second step

Be very aware of what kind of food you are having and do not try to change your life through the night. It wont work.  All good results, and the one that stays… come with time.
One of the main things is to check food – based on your nutricion profile. You will discover, that with certain food you will gain weight quite quickly or you will notice some other problems (sleepy, heavy feeling in your stomake,..) and some food will suit your profile.

Most usually we get most of the lectine in snacks. Therefore, be very suspicius about ingrediance in snacks, drinks and beverages you are having. Pay attention to those food which contains lectine ingrdience that are haremful for you, and only couse inflammation and gaining weight.  Replace this food with friendly products to your blood type. for example energy plates (Blueberry Almond, Chocolate Cherry), protein drinks (Problend A, B Problend, Problend AB, Problend O) and tea (Tea A Tea B, AB Tea, Tea O). You will notice quite soon, that your body is gratefull for that. Not only, that these products are easily digested, but they also have an immediate impact on the chain reaction, which are cousing lectisn in your body.

Among the food supplements there are also products who can block lectins functions before they start sticking to your cells in your body and start couseing problems.
When you dont have a choice to control what and when you eat, or you dont know which ingredians your food contains, you can reduce damage that is coused to your body with some selected food.

For example; replace your weath bread and pasta with more acceptable flour, neutral spelt bread and pasta, and try to avoid from your nutrition food made of pork meat.
Instead of consume food which contains bad cereals and pork meat, try to enjoy more qualitly meat and vegetables. To start with, its enough to remove gluten and pork from your food.

Its a step in the right direction.
