Sharm El Sheikh is the ideal place for scuba diving, for those who want snorkeling for golfers, for families who want holidays with sandy beaches and under the warm sun, which makes tourists very happy also in winter, and for those who simply wish to spoil them self in excellent hotels.

Sun, sea and sand, comfortable hotels with an interesting construction, water sports, shopping and entertainment. This is the Sharm El Sheikh, the most popular holiday destination in Egypt, and certainly one of the best diving centers in the world. It is very well organized and has a nice bay called Naama Bay, where you can find many bars, restaurants and shops on a lively promenade. Modern hotel resorts are already litle towns themselves.

People in general, are very happy and are smiling all the time, although their average monthly salary is about 1000 LE (120 €), even less in Cairo. The town is totally dependent on tourists; most of them are Russians, British, Italians and some Slavic. The work performed in the town is done by the staff at the hotel, cleaners, waiters, cooks, tour guides, vendors in the bazaar or shops, taxi drivers with a 30 year-old Peugeot in blue color… It is interesting that at this Old Market you are welcomed in Russian language. When you still ignore them after the third hello, they however ask in English: “Excuse me mister, where are you from?”. Although it is all very commercial, bazaar has its charm. Each shop is open until three am, so that you do not need to worry if you are in a hotel and your refrigerator is out of the last drink of Pepsi, Diet Coke or Sakara.

In case they see that they can sell you something, you will be served just by this drink(Sakara), or coffee, ice cold bottled water or hot hibiscus tea, a drink with five spoons of sugar, I have tried it with two and could barely drink it. It is interesting that you could spend all days with bargaining, which is a big challenge for them and also a necessity for every traveler in this sandy place. With bargaining “for a smaller price you will attract a little smile on their face, and if you proved to be a good negotiator, they will even shake your hand. It may happen that you offend them with a price that is too low and the calculator will fly through the air. You shouldn’t worry about that, just leave and already at the neighbors shop you will have the same opportunity with the same products.

You can spend every day with various trips or activities. Since we traveled with the agency they take care of all the trips themselves, but if you step out on the street, you can see on every bend invites to trips, organized by the locals. We decided that we go in the desert with quadricycles (Quad Runner 40 € per person at the agency, 15 € at the locals). The price was bargained against the agency for more than 60%, and we could still go lower, but we were running out of time for bargaining. We went with the agency to Ras Mohammed (45 € per person) or Head Mohammed, to the edge of Sinai, where we saw a dream sea, coral reef and white sand beaches. Trips are more expensive compared with Djerba up to 100%. But it is it true that they are worth visiting.

The biggest attraction is most certainly the pyramids in Giza with the mighty Sfing. From Sharm to Cairo, is about 500 km. We started in the morning at 2:00 am in front of the hotel escorted by police with a big gun hiding under his jacket. The journey lasted good 7 hours with a stopover for the tunnel under the Suez Canal, the entry into the Black continent. At the beginning I was expecting some differences on the African side, but there were none except from slightly lower prices. We continued our trip toward the capital city of Egypt, and already when we were approaching the city we could see by the road 99 tables with the ancient Egyptian gods. Upon arrival in the city, we saw a magnificent mosque of Mohamed Ali and went from there to the pyramids, where I experienced a different side of people.

When leaving the bus, I reached in to the bottom of my bag and grabbed my wide-angle objective, to capture this magnificent peace of engineering ahead of me. At the first push on my camera someone toot my headband, which I wore, away. I looked from behind my camera on to the left and there I saw a local boy who was talking to me in fluent English, that my headband is not properly tied around my head. He took then one from his bag, and tied it around my head and then said to me that he will take a picture of me in front of the biggest pyramid. Naturally, I was not afraid for my equipment (because safety is very high, and probably because of their religion no one would dare to steal my equipment. It may be, however, because they fear the severe penalties, which they would not be able to pay and jail is something very insulting in their culture. In addition, they are living from tourism and they could not afford bad publicity) and passed him my camera. When he took a picture of me, he pushed into my hands another headband and miniature plastic pyramid, which I bought later for 5 LE. I suspected that this excessive generosity will not end well, but I still asked politely how much does he want for all of this. His answer: “Anything little, whatever you want is good …”, for this I wanted to give him 30 LE, but I did not have them, so I knew that I have to give him 50 LE (about 7 €). But when I opened my wallet, he reached out and took out three bills of 50 LE, which were at one another, so that was 150 all together and he added: “… this will be OK ….” The first moment I thought, 20 € for something I never wanted to have, so I push him back into his hand all of things, but he still insisted that he can give me all that for just 15 € and that I have to take it, because he took my pictures. Okay, here I will end this story, as I have ended it with him in that moment turned back, walked away and was very angry. WTF, what kind of arrogant people are they? “Are Arabs like that, I thought. I do not know, probably only in the capital city because in Sharm, it was not the case, there were all smiling all the time, and they are all waving and they are welcomed, even if they think: “Yes, you just wave, but I will rip you with the price …”. But better that than such a negative experience. Well, but at least he made the picture like a pro.

People and their customs:
Egypt’s total population is around 75 million. 90% are Muslims, the remaining 10% are Christians. Egyptians are very friendly and hospitable. As a result, they say that Egypt has one of the greatest treasures – its people. They always await you with a spontaneous smile and they absolutely cannot hide their enthusiasm towards the children. The most typical are the bars where the Egyptians spend their free time drinking tea every day, “Shish” (water pipe) and chat all day long.

Bayram is their bigest holiday, which follows after the month of Ramadan. During this time, Muslims fast all day long and wait for the night to eat food, drink and walk. During this time, there are very large number of people on the streets everywhere. It was a coincidence that we were there at that time and we have seen an increased number of tourists from all over Egypt, who came to celebrate this great feast in the elite resort.

Bedouins:
Bedouins are the people who were born and live in the desert in tents or in caves. Living in contact with nature, that we urban people have long lost with the. They breed sheep, goats, donkeys and camels. They know different types of herbs and they know how to effectively use them as food, drink and medicine. Bedouins are able to appreciate and accept all that they have, they are not attached to material things and are happy to live and give life.

Here women are breastfeeding a very long time. One of the reasons is of course a natural contraception. In addition, they carry their children in the tracks, and later on their backs.

Of the approximately 25 000 Bedouins only few still travel with their camel herds across the Egyptian desert areas. Many have settled on a permanent basis and shall be working, mostly seasonal, in the oil or construction industry, but also in quite a lively tourism on the peninsula of Sinai.

Group type AB is also known as “Enigma”

Group with blood type AB is the rarest and the newest among all blood types.  It has developed from mixing with blood type A (from Caucasus group) and blood type B (Mongolian group) and is currently present only in 5 % of all populations.

About 10 to 12 centuries ago, this blood type didn’t even exist.

So; your blood type combines the characteristics of group A and B, which therefore means, that what is harmful for bloody type A and B, is also harmful for bloody type AB (but there are some exceptions).

This is not very encouraging ?

But don’t worry, is not as bad as it looks, or seems at first impression. However, as group AB have fallow the tolerance of both blood types A and B, they have developed a strong immune system, which is specialized to fight against infectious diseases.

Furthermore, since they don’t have antibodies from anti-A and anti-B, they are less prone to allergies and diseases that are related to the immune system.

However, group AB is not having only advantages; in fact, your immune system could be in trouble, when he needs to recognize such hazardous substances, which are similar to those with blood type A or blood type B but this substance could be harmful for your body.

As this substance could trick system to develop antibodies, this could be quite harmful for your body, as there will be no protection.

This has the tendency to cancer diseases, but it doesn’t mean that you will certainly suffer this disease.

You could be inclined to the fallowing problems:

• cancer diseases
• tendency to bronchitis and pneumonia
• tendency to develop fungal disease
• tendency to parasites.

Characteristics:

• contemporary merging groups A and B
• chameleon react to a change of circumstances and nutrition

Food which will help you gain weight

• red meat (difficult digestion, stored as fat, poisoned digestive tract)

NUTRITION

Meat
Due to the low stomach acidity, group with blood type AB badly digest meat. But as this is a valuable element, I would suggest (as I have read already about it) to do the fallowing trick; do not eat often meat, is so, enjoy it rarely in small meals (red meat 1-3x a week, poultry 0-2x a week).

It is also very important to choose suitable kinds of meat, which are easier to digest. Chicken meat is better to be avoided, as is harmful the same way as for the blood type B. Furthermore, group AB should be avoiding preserved meat, since it increases the possibility of cancer of the stomach.

Useful: lamb, mutton, rabbit, turkey.
Neutral: liver, pheasant.
Harmful: beef, pork, venison, chicken and other poultry.

Fish
Fish are good source of protein for blood group AB (excluding certain types of fish from the harmful lectins). Characteristic, “inherited” from blood group A has a tendency to breast cancer, especially if the family has already had it.

In this case, it is important to add to your menu snails, which are containing lectin, which will attack degenerated cells, from which mainly breast cancer is developed.

Useful: tuna, bakal, sturgeon, caviar, salmon, mussels, swordfish, sea trout, sea language sea devil, hake, white fish, sardines, mackerel, pike, rainbow trout, seabass, snail.
Neutral: carp, sea salmon, river perch, pilgrimage scallop, herring.
Harmful: sea bass, octopus, eel, smoked salmon, plaice, halibut, oysters, crabs, sardines, cuttlefish, herring, haddock, frogs, turtle.

Milk, dairy products and eggs
Here is group AB very similar to group B  – dairy product are very useful for this group, specially yogurt, kefir and other fermented milk products with low fat.

However, be careful of a possible over-production of mucus (respiratory problems, inflammation of sinuses, sore ears).

In this case, reduce the consumption of dairy products. Eggs are a good source of protein for the group AB. But as yolk contains a lot of cholesterol, I would advise the use of two whites in one egg yolk.

Useful: skimmed goat milk, goat cheese, feta, kefir, mozzarella, salted cow cheese, yogurt, farmer cheese, soy pasta, fresh non-fat cheese, Fiocchi di latte, curd.
Neutral: skimmed milk, whey, soy milk, soy cheese (tofu), Cheddar, Edam, emental, Gouda, Colby, jarlsburg, Munster, whey.
Harmful: butter, whole milk, sorbet, buffalo cheese, Parmesan cheese, camembert, ice cream, Brie, a cheese with noble mold, processed cheese.

Oils and fats
Group AB have to use vegetables oil, especially olive oil is good, as it protects the health of the heart and arteries.

Useful: olive oil.
Neutral: peanut oil, fish oil, linseed oil, rapeseed oil.
Harmful: corn oil, cotton oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil.

Stone fruit and seeds
Group AB should be cautious in intake of stone fruit and seeds because of the contradictions in groups A and B.

They contain good proteins but you should enjoy them carefully, since they contain lectins, which impede the functioning of insulin, the same as in group B.

Some of these are important advantages for blood type AB, but if you have any problems with the bile, rather enjoy the fruits instead of whole.

Useful: chestnuts, peanuts, peanut butter, nuts.
Neutral: almond and almond butter, Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, hikori nuts, leeches, macadamia nuts, pine nuts, pistachio.
Harmful: hazelnuts, poppy seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds, and butter, sunflower seeds and butter.

What do you think that it is cheaper – to buy an old house – and to restore it, or to tear it down to foundations and build a new one? Believe me, that last one. And the same applies to the companies.

In the world there are still many old companies and many of those still to this day remain unchanged in their structure. In such companies there are usually located unions, who have their own interests that do not work for the company and the workers in the long term.

Owners or managers of such companies usually have considerable difficulties. Each fired worker is avenged with bad reputation caused by the media, inspection services, or even criminal investigation. This has an impact on the company’s reputation in the media and the region where it operates, which also makes them uninteresting from  the point of view of finding new staff – because of the bad reputation caused by the media job seekers avoid the company out of fear.

Such organizations are not healthy, and in need of radical change.

From own experience I know that investing in a change in organizational culture is hard work, and it will spend more money than the benefits gained – the result will not be substantially changed.

I suggest that such an organization if possible, is teared down to foundations liquidate it, and build a new one. Bad news in the media will be happening only in a given period of time, but because of the current state of recession, you may be blamed for the causes of the current state of the market and the lack of orders.

When the organization fails or is liquidated, you should build a new one by the clever way on the basis of the knowledge that you gained from the errors in the work: be careful in the choice of personnel, an expert should prepare contracts, working processes should have smart goals, outsource salesmen, and do not waste time on rewarding – this must wait until your company is mature for that.

Black Jack is the most popular game of cards in the world. The game is played with six sets of cards, which is a total of 312 playing cards it is in the game.

Black Jack is normally played in casinos, behind the special semi-circular shaped tables. In the internal part of the table is a place for croupier, leading the game in which the commonly called dealer. In front of him there is a special container in which there are arranged the game chips of different values. On the outer side of the semi-circular work table is a place for players, usually this means seven seats. On the gaming table there is special wallpaper, on which there are stamped seven gaming fields, where players are laying their bets. There is no winner if the sum of both is the same, the bet is returned to the player. The main reward is a combination of Ace and the full map. This is the value of 21 is called Black Jack, and shall be paid in the ratio 1.5 to 1

Of course, this is only a basic structure, because the game offers many other possibilities, such as Insurance, Surrender, Double, separation, and various additional games. The different rules give the game even more charm, but the outcome is subject from how they used by the player. For a better understanding of BJ it is necessary to know some terms that are closely related only to this game. Mostly these are words of English origin that were already given the international force and are heard in all the world’s casinos.

Name of the game and also the title for the strongest combination of the two maps (10 and Ace).

Box
A marked box at the gaming table where players lay their bets. Usually, one of seven gaming table fields can have different forms, usually rectangular.

Bust, Break

Basic strategy

Name of card dealer, a staff member in casinos, which deals cards to the player, collects the lost bets and pays winnings.

Deck
Kit gaming charts, which contains 52 cards in four different colors.

Double Down
Duplication of the initial wager.

Draw, Hit
The requirement for additional maps.

Insurance
An additional bet the middle of the game, allow players to preserve the basic bets even when divider reaches Black Jack (the strongest combination in the game).

A poison that can’t compare to anything, when used in higher dose than normal

Many people say often: “Looks good, but this is due to Botox“. Someone else would add, that precisely because of Botox, someone look quite terrifying. Therefore it is not surprising, that Botox have gained such reputation.

As I already mentioned in my previous post, Botox (botulinum toxin) is a natural purified protein produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. Substance stops stimulation on the path from nerves and the small facial muscles, which creates facial expression.

It is injected in very small quantities and it’s causing relaxation of mimic muscles and prevents their consciously and subconsciously contraction.

The skin over the muscles therefore becomes more soft and smooth. It only works on selected muscle (injected with Botox), other muscles, however, operate normally.

Botox is effective at smoothing medium or strong expressed wrinkles, and it’s not appropriate for to remove or smooth scars. For removing scars, patient is opted for surgery.

Botox is most commonly used for removing wrinkles on the forehead, between eyebrows and wrinkles around eyes. Moreover is also used to remove wrinkles from neck, chin or décolletage.

One therapy usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes and is done without narcosis or local anesthesia, as this is done with a very thin needle and the pain is bearable.  In a lot of magazines and on the internet we can find many photos of famous people, which have been treated with Botox.

There are always pics from before and after the intervention. Some are happy, the other are not, and there are also ones, who are reminding us to danger that injection of Botox could cause us. I have find out talking to a plastic expert, how true are the rumors. I find out the following;

Botox is not recommended if:

• you have any muscle disorders,
• you are pregnant or breastfeeding,
• you have problems with the injection of medical products into muscles, inflammation or deterioration of the muscles,
• are already consuming aminoglycoside antibiotics or drugs for muscle relaxation,
• you have active inflammation in the part of your body you want to be treated,
• you had surgery in this part of the muscle,
• you have inflammation in the muscle where you want injection
• you have problems with swallowing or breathing
• you have any problems with the muscles
• if you are planning operation in injected area

Botox could be very dangerous when used by laics, people with no experience or knowledge.
Botox was first used in 2002 and with it each year are performed millions of interventions, using Botox.

Recently, especially in Great Britain, you could find a lot of articles about side effects, which are caused by using Botox.

The authors indicate possibility that individuals have problem, because treatment was done by an incompetent person. These days you could easily purchase Botox from the Internet.

I have come across with many articles, where in USA on a “Botox parties” a lot of things are happening, and a lot of Botox users use it freely on each other. Very important is that injections are done in only certain parts of the body /face, specific muscles on which you want to do mortification.

Therefore is highly recommended and essential that is done only by experts, and not laics.
Before any intervention or injections experts will always talk through all possibilities with patient, and also find out about wishes and expectations.

It’s very important to know, that there are two sorts of wrinkles; hyper-kinetic wrinkles, which are result of the muscles activity, and wrinkles which are due to »tired« skin. And Botox works only on hyper-kinetic wrinkles.

Also is very usefully to have discussion before the injection, because of the potential contraindications. Moreover, Botox is equally effective on elderly and young people, but it depends on muscle strength, which is declining with elderly people.

The effect lasts three to four months, and is renewed with continues treatments.

It also works against sweat

Botox is not used only to reduce wrinkles but also to treat/prevent excessive sweating. Botulinum toxin paralyses sweat gland in the treated area and after therapy sweating completely cease.
The medicine is effective only at the spot, where injection have been done and is not absorbed into the body and does not act systemically in the body.

The treatment is not harmful for the body. The spots for treatment are armpits, hands or feet, but the effect lasts for eight to ten months and is not renewed with each new therapy.

Almost everyone is satisfied

So, what is going on with unsatisfied patients? Botox can be used in one week time, after that is not recommended to use it for another three months, it’s strictly forbidden. After three months the effect is reduced and skin regain state as it was before treatment.

Unsatisfied patients are minimal, maybe from two to three percent, but most of them are happy and will always return. These are information which I received from expert. In small talk – “it’s like an addition”. Botox is also called “elixir for youth”, as after the treatment appearance on the skin is more “shiny” and relaxed.

Expert I talk to does from 80 to 100 interventions every year. And the number is increasing.  Customers are manly women (eighty percent), but interest for rejuvenating therapy is among celebrities as also among ordinary people.

It is the same effect as with woman and man treatment, but with man is usually used slightly more substance, because they have stronger muscles.
Few interesting things – after the intervention with Botox, in the fallowing three days, you should not be taking drugs that affect blood clotting (aspirin, anadol …).

Four hours after treatment shouldn’t massage your muscles, but it is advanced to move it a bit. It’s also very advisable and recommended to use cold compress to prevent bruises and pain.

Poison that can’t compare to anything

It’s very interesting that Botox is most poisonous natural substance in nature. But has a very high »security window«. This means that a doctor should inject 500-times higher dose than normal, that would be fatal (lethal dose is 500).

A lot of other drugs are more dangerous than Botox.

For example; certain heart drugs have lethal dose 5, means, that if you take 5 tablets instead of one, you are dead.

Therefore, experts say, if you know how to use Botox in right quantities and on the right muscles – then this could be as medicine. But in the quasi-hands could be very dangerous.

Que (waiting time) and prices – ques varies from expert to expert. But on average, you will probably wait two to four weeks, sometimes more than a month and a half, and the rest only a few days.

Also prices are very different; in some clinics starting at 200 Euros or less, the rest in more than 300 Euros, but the price depends on the amount injected Botox.

Complications

During the procedure may appear slight bleeding, which stops almost immediately after the injection. Immediately or with a delay may occur the following reactions: allergy to the substance of preparation, sore, bruise (visible up to one week), redness or pain, sometimes associated with the itch, which can take several days.

Therefore, I would recommend, use Botox with caution. Try to find out as much as you could before intervention and do think through, if you really needed.

Instead of Botox, I would recommend you, to smile as much as you can, and look positively on life ahead.
